Who is Brian Gould?
Brian Gould is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc., Brokerage, and co-founder of the Afrodite & Brian Realty Collective. He helps first-time buyers, upsizers, and downsizers buy and sell homes in Hamilton, Burlington, and Stoney Creek.

Brian spent 25 years in higher education, instructional design, and technology-enabled teaching, including leadership roles, before becoming a REALTOR® in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Learning Technology. His clients get a clear roadmap, short explanations, and no jargon – so they understand every step before they sign.

Brian holds the AREN and PREN negotiation designations. He prepares for every offer with current comparables and a plan for each counter, so clients walk in knowing their numbers and their limits.

Brian creates the Collective's video, social, and listing content, telling the story of how a home is lived in – not just its square footage. Then he and Afrodite open the doors: their sellers credit open houses for bringing in their offers.

Off the clock, Brian is a drummer and part-time musician. He loves walking and hiking, time with family and friends, and seeing live music and theatre.
